Multiple cable TVs/VCRs/DVD with remotes, surround sound stereo/TV throughout interior/exterior, X-Box with games, gas fireplace, morning kitchen/wet bar with undercounter refrigerator on guest living level. Home also includes use of the elevator, video and book library, family games, high chair, and baby bed. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and seated bar. Family room has extensive seating for family including one queen sleeper sofa, two smaller sofas and chair. Spacious, tri-level, covered front/rear decks with great views of the Gulf on the back decks. Located on the St. George Island bike/walking trail and only a short walk to the beach. Private pool (heated for a fee), outdoor hot/cold shower, park-style charcoal grill, fish cleaning station, and covered concrete parking.Sleeps 9-11: 3 kings, 1 triple (double/twin), 1 queen sofa sleeper
